Discreet and neutral!
We use discreet and neutral outer packaging for shipping! This means that what's inside isn't visible from the outside. We therefore refrain from using any logos, brand names, or other markings on the box. The shop owner's private address is used as the shipping address. Maximum discretion!
Important: Keep in mind that shippings to non EU countries require a Customs content declaration which is unfortunately mandatory. We will make this as unsuspicious as possible. The only thing that may be visible is the product title, for example "BLAZING FIRE".

Our products are always packed by us personally and checked for defects. The inflatables always come in separate packaging before we pack them in a neutral box to protect them from further damage. It also looks damn cool, doesn't it?

Insured shipping & tracking
All our shipments are sent exclusively with a tracking number and insurance. Should a package be lost or arrive damaged during shipping, we will of course assume responsibility and arrange for a replacement or refund the purchase price.
Shipping is carried out according to the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place) . This means: We bear the transport risk until delivery to the delivery address. Any customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred in the destination country are borne by the buyer .
